Salary: $35,000 - $45,000/year

Job Summary: The Coordinator will assist in delivering the agreed upon elements included in the partnership agreements to achieve maximum client value/satisfaction, while managing various operating systems and tasks that support the sales efforts for Eureka Casino Resort and Rising Star Sports Ranch Resort.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the day-to-day tasks and processes that support the sales team including but not limited to: • Provide day to day support for the sales team • Learn the CRM and operating systems • Build a partnership timeline for agreed upon clients that communicate expectations and deadlines • Communicate the elements within the partnership agreement to internal company divisions to ensure flawless execution of events • Execute and monitor the activation of events • Cultivate relationships with current clients and assist in the renewal process • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives • Represent the company at relevant events locally and nationwide • Must present self in professional manner at all times • Must provide courteous and friendly service to all customers and employees • Other duties as assigned

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or related field required • Relevant experience in sports/entertainment hospitality, events, project management, or marketing preferred • High level of computer efficiency required, including Microsoft based applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point
